Clinicians decide, not merchants
Prescribing decisions are made only by licensed clinicians in our partner network. A merchant can never approve, deny, or change a prescription in the platform.
Separated business data
Each business's customers, intakes, and orders are isolated at the database level. One business can never see another's records.
Complete order history
Every order keeps an append-only history: payment, intake submission, clinical review, decision, pharmacy, and shipment.
HIPAA-aligned structure
Health information is collected through the clinical intake and handled under partner clinical workflows, not merchant marketing tools.
